"Poor Product Quality and Lack of After-Sales Service I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with the quality of the sofa and couch set I purchased for ₹96,000, as well as the extremely poor after-sales support I have experienced. The product started showing issues within 1.5 years of purchase, and despite numerous follow-ups and calls over the past month and a half, the issue has still not been resolved. Each time, I have been given false assurances and no real action has been taken. This is highly disappointing, especially given the price and the assurance of quality and service provided at the time of purchase. It appears there is neither loyalty to customers nor any genuine service commitment after the sale. I request you to resolve this matter immediately by arranging the necessary repairs or replacement of the product at the earliest. Please confirm a concrete timeline for the same. "I took alot of furniture from iqbal furniture just because they provide 10 year warranty. From one of bed powder start coming and when called this furniture store they said minimum 10 -15 days it will take..today is 9th day from reporting this and they dont even respond. _--------- Now editing my comment..today is 21st day since i posted above comment...The workmen still havent arrived..At the time of furniture purchase they say 10 year warranty but this is the post sales service they give.."
